We rely on MEFA's Board for guidance on important issues and decisions that affect our mission and direction. MEFA's Board of Directors meets on a regular basis, and a copy of the Board meeting calendar is available upon request. At each meeting, the Board votes to approve the Minutes of the prior meeting. Meeting Minutes are available following Board ratification.
