If so, these college scholarships are just for you. We compiled a list of opportunities specifically for students who love taking care of the planet and encouraging green living. National Garden Clubs Scholarship
How to Apply: Complete the application, including transcripts and letters of recommendation, and write a one-page applicant letter discussing your background, financial need, and future career goals
Eligibility: Open to full-time college juniors and seniors and graduate students with at least a 3.25 GPA who are majoring in a field related to environmental issues, including horticulture, botany, wildlife science, and environmental conservation
Amount: Multiple winners up to $4,000 each

American Society for Enology and Viticulture Scholarship Program
How to Apply: Submit the application and complete a written statement of intent as it relates to a future career in the wine or grape industry elaborating on how you became interested in and what efforts you have made to become familiar with the industry
Eligibility: Open to students who are ASEV Student Members pursuing a degree in enology, viticulture, or in a curriculum emphasizing a science basic to the wine and grape industry. Students must be at least a junior at an accredited four-year college with a minimum 3.0 GPA
Amount: Up to $12,500 per winner

The Society of Exploration Geophysicists (SEG) Scholarships
How to Apply: Complete the online application, including transcripts and contact information for two faculty member references
Eligibility: Open to high school seniors, college students, and graduate students intending to pursue a college curriculum directed toward a career in applied geophysics
Amount: Awards range from $500 to $10,000

How to Apply: Complete the application and write a short essay about e-waste
Eligibility: Open to high school, college, and graduate students who are U.S. citizens

ExtremeTerrain's Student Scholarships
How to Apply: Write a 700–1,500 word essay describing why you feel it is important to maintain access to public lands for recreational use and how you plan to use your degree to advocate for the recreational use of public lands
Eligibility: Open to high school seniors and college students who are pursuing a degree in environmental studies, environmental research, land use, earth and atmosphere studies, sustainable land management, parks and recreation, or sustainable agriculture systems
Amount: $2,500

Ventana Ocean Conservation Scholarship
How to Apply: Write an essay between 400 and 600 words on why you care about protecting the ocean, and how you plan to use your degree to do so
Eligibility: Open to high school seniors, college students, and graduate students who are majoring in or intending to major in a field related to ocean conservation including marine biology, ocean conservation, marine science, and environmental science
Amount: $1,500

How to Apply: Write a 300-word essay on one of four topics related to recycled metals, sustainable development, metal 3D printing, and renewable energy
