AFSA National High School Essay Contest

How to Apply: Select a country or region in which the U.S. Foreign Service has been involved at any point since 1924 and describe, in 1,500 words or less, how they advanced American foreign policy and ways to improve those goals in the future
Eligibility: Open to high school students
Amount: $2,500, an all-expense paid trip to Washington DC, and an all-expense paid educational voyage courtesy of Semester at Sea

Pretty Lightroom Presets Scholarship

How to Apply: Create an essay style Adobe Lightroom tutorial of 800 to 1,000 words, including screenshots and photos, covering one of five topics related to Adobe Lightroom
Eligibility: Open to high school seniors and current college students

College JumpStart Scholarship

How to Apply: Complete the application and write a personal statement of 250 words or less on your educational goals
Eligibility: Open to students in grades 10-12, college students, and non-traditional students

The Fountainhead Scholarship

How to Apply: Write an essay between 800 and 1,600 words on one of three topics related to Ayn Rand's book, The Fountainhead
Eligibility: Open to high students worldwide
